Recreation Facilities

You may be wondering as a new owner how you can use the facilities. Your key fob will provide you with access to each of the facilities during operating hours. If you have not received a key fob, please contact, Lifestyle Director, Dionne Henry, at dionne.henry@associa.us or Assistant General Manager, Karla Alarcon at karla.alarcon@associa.us.

New Haven Pool Hours

The Resort, Canvas Park, Cherry Park, Emerald Park:

  • Sunday to Thursday...........6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Friday to Saturday............6 a.m. to 11 p.m. 

Basketball and Pickleball Courts: 

  • 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Paws Park:

  • May to October...........7am to 8pm
  • November to April.......7am to 6pm
