Welcome to Brookfield Ontario Ranch!

As the Association’s Management Company, Associa-PCM wishes to welcome you as a member of the Brookfield Ontario Ranch community. We hope the following information will help you understand the working relationship between your Homeowner’s Association and Associa-PCM.

New Haven in Brookfield Ontario Ranch embraces the importance of family, connection and celebration. With amenity-filled parks for playing, green lawns for picnicking, a pavilion for summer barbecues and pools for making a splash, you can experience the wholesome fun of resort-style recreation in your own backyard. Relax on The Resort porch, watch the big game with friends on the giant flat screen or enjoy an evening drink at the indoor/outdoor bar. 

New to the HOA?

Upon close of escrow, new homeowners will receive an email from the General Manager welcoming them to the community! The email used will be the one on file with Brookfield Residential. If you are a new resident from a resale of a home, a welcome package will be mailed to you. 

For your convenience, we have included a copy of all the documents sent to you in your welcome email or packet:

  • Community Rules
  • Facility Rental Guidelines
  • Architectural Application
  • Paying Your Monthly Assessments

Residents should be receiving their monthly association statement around the 20th of each month. When the first statement arrives in the mail, it will contain your account number, which you will need in order to access your account online and also register on TownSq for all HOA related needs.

Owners will be issued two (2) pool key fobs upon close of escrow of their separate interest. If you are a buyer of a new home, two key fobs will be issued by the sales office. 

If you are a buyer of a resale home your Realtor should be able to get key fobs, door keys, and garage remote from the previous owner. You will need to complete the Member Registration Form to keep old fobs active.

If you are unable to obtain the key fobs from the prior owners, please contact our Lifestyle Director to request the Member Registration Form. Upon completion of the form, two new fobs will be issued.
